• You own all your private information which you post on the Service. You can access, change or delete them from the Service at any time.
• You understand that any Content that you publicly submit, post or display on or throught the Service will be accessible to everyone, including people who do not use the Service, and we do not have any control over what they do with it.
• You understand that by using the Service you consent to collection and use of this information, including transferring it to any country for storage, processing and use by Artcore.
• By providing us with any Content (especially photos and videos) you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to publish and use it.
• By submitting or posting any Content on the Service you warranty that you have all the rights, power or authority to do it and you do not violate any intellectual property rights of third parties. You understand that your Content may be rebroadcasted, so you guarantee that you have the right to submit Content for such use. You grant also that the Content submitted to the Service do not break aplicable law.
• You are responsible for any information and other content posted on your Profile and for any consequences thereof, including the use of your Content by other users. You are not allowed to commit any identity fraud. You are obliged to safeguard your password and are responsible for any activities or actions under your password. Artcore will not be liable for any loss.
• Your Profile may contain links to third-party websites or resources. By publishing such a link you are responsible for the content available from such websites or resources. We are not responsible or liable neither for availability or accuracy of such websites or resources nor the content, products or services available from them.
• If you register any act of violation of these Terms you should notify us of this fact. We will investigate this alleged Terms violation within 48 hours from receiving a notice. You are aware that we are not able to verify constantly all the Profiles and only Profiles which are published on the main site are verified.

We have the right to block or delete your Profile if we believe that you, in our sole discretion, violate the letter or spirit of these Terms, aplicable law or that your Profile's content is misleading, malicious, discriminatory, offensive, hateful, threathening, pornographic or in other ways morally or ethically questionable. If we block or delete your Profile, you will be notified via e-mail to the email associated with your account.

• You are aware that there is an advertisement visible next to your Profile. You agree that you do not have power to influence which advertisement will be displayed next to your Profile. You understand that advertisers do not know which Profile and when is published on the homepage, so any link between your Profile and an advertisement will be coincidental.
• Be aware that advertisers have an opportunity to publish sponsored Profiles. Such a Profile may be published in the Service only once a day. It is advertiser who decides at what time exactly it may appear on the main site.

Man of The Moment is a Poland based service. We are under Polish jurisdiction and any disputes resulting from these Terms will be settled by the Polish court.

We preserve our right to revise these Terms at any time without a prior notice and without your permission. In case of the revision we will notify you by publishing the most current version of the Terms in our Service. If you do not agree with amendments to the Terms you are obliged to delete your profile and stop accessing the Service immediately. If you do not delete you profile, continue to access the Service or interact with it in any other way it means that you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
